Here's How it Works

Step One - Consultation

After you complete the Design Questionnaire and take measurements of your space, we'll join a conference or video call (or we'll meet in person if you live in the Denver area) to discuss your project. You'll have the opportunity to tell us about your ideas for your space, as well as any concerns you may have about the functionality and logistics. You can share with us any concept images, Pinterest boards, or Houzz Ideabooks that you've created so we can get a better idea of your style. Finally, we'll discuss budget and timeline to ensure that the project is a success.

Step Two - Conceptual Design

The sz team will go to work pulling together precedent images, color schemes, potential material samples, etc. We'll create a mood board that will convey the flavor of your new space and we'll set up another conference call to review.

Step Three - Design Specifications

We'll consider and implement any feedback that you have on the mood board and make selections that make it a reality. We'll complete the furniture space plan and elevation drawings as needed, source furniture, materials, and accessories that will complete the look.

Step Four - Final Product

You'll receive the completed Design Document and Specification Guide which will include drawings, images of furniture selections, specification guide with links to purchase items, and a completed budget. We'll have one more conference call to review the complete guide, answer any questions you may have, and discuss your next steps.

Step Five - Install & Fall in Love

You're all set, but don't worry you're not all alone! We're still available for an additional 90 days to answer any questions that may come up. We'll do our very best to source items that will be readily available, but on the chance that an item is discontinued or unavailable when you are ready to purchase we will provide re-selections for up to 3 items for free.
